My name is Emiliana and I am a 2nd year psychology PhD student. The research I specialize in is Parapsychology, where I view extra-sensory perception, anomalous experiences, and the mysteries of human consciousness. Here at Northampton, I am a part of the EECS (Extraordinary Experiences and Consciousness Studies) research group where we share ideas, listen to guest speakers, and network with other transpersonal and parapsychologists.
I have moved to Northampton from Las Vegas, Nevada, specifically to work with the top researchers in this field and learn what it takes to be an academic researcher. Personally, my thesis views After-Death Communications in childhood, which aims to shed light on these exceptional experiences and give children a voice.
