We take to the skies over Midsummer Meadow to share a unique view of progress at the University of Northampton’s Waterside Campus. Current work on site includes:
- Widening of existing A428 Bedford Road including a new traffic light controlled junction into the Campus
- Alterations to Midsummer Meadows car-park
- A new highway bridge linking the A428 to the Campus to the east of Midsummer Meadows car-park
- A new pedestrian bridge linking Beckets Park to the new Campus
- Remediation of the ground below the site of the now demolished power station façade
- Installation of all new Campus utilities including Drainage, Gas, Water, District Heating, Electric and Telecommunications
- Construction of in-campus roads.
