Tash completed her undergraduate degree in Sport and Health Studies at the University of Northampton in 2011. Immediately following this, she became a full-time Research Assistant (RA) in the Faculty of Health, Sport and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Northampton, contributing to a range of internally and externally funded research/evaluation projects broadly related to health, education and wellbeing. Tash has a particular interest on the impact of public health interventions to improve children’s health and wellbeing, and community solutions to alleviate food poverty among children. Alongside her role as an RA, Tash completed her Master’s in Public Health in 2017. During her MSc, Tash focused her thesis on the socio-political causes of food poverty and people’s experiences of food poverty and food bank use in the East Midlands.
