As part of our recent accreditation with the Small Business Charter, we are delighted to be running our very first cohort of the Help To Grow: Management Course in the winter of 2026.

What is Help To Grow: Management Course?

Help To Grow: Management Course is a 12-week course running between November 2026 and March 2027 aimed at supporting leaders in small businesses to infuse their business with the innovation needed to drive growth and increase profitability.

If you lead a small business employing between 5-249 employees, and especially if you have not yet had any formal business or management training – this course is for you! Delivered by the University of Northampton in collaboration with local industry experts, the course creates space for you to focus on growing your business. With a mix of online and face-to-face sessions, 1-to-1 mentoring and peer networking – this flexible course is designed to fit around your existing work and personal commitments and provides the support you need to lead the next chapter of your business story.
