A letter from Anne Frank’s father, Otto, was found in the University’s Searchlight archive. In the letter, Mr Frank lobbied the British press – notably The Sunday Mirror and The Observer – to reveal the true identity of Richard Harwood as Richard Verrall, British Holocaust denier and former Deputy Chairman of the British National Front. This was reported by ITV Anglia News (watch again link not available).
A fashion collection made by University students from reclaimed seatbelts is being sold to raise money for road safety charity Brake, as reported by BBC News Online and BBC Look East (watch again clip has expired).
