  3. Jean Egbegi

Jean Egbegi is a Lecturer in HRM within the Faculty of Business and Law with a BSc in Computer Science, MSc in HRM and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education. Jean’s doctoral research explored performance management within a less developed country’s context and has been a Higher Education Academy fellow since 2017. Jean is a committee member of the Performance Management Special Interest Group of the British Academy of Management and a Reviewer for the International Journal of Business Performance Management

Jean leads and teaches modules across different levels on undergraduate and postgraduate.

Jean is interested in research that explores performance management, especially the informal activities and other HRM-related topics within different contexts.
