Welcome to the post graduate certificate in practice education! This programme is taught across two modules: Facilitation, Assessment & Quality Assurance in Work-based Learning aims to ensure that work undertaken will significantly support your role as an educator in the workplace, thus enabling you to build up a portfolio of evidence that will become a valuable resource throughout your career. Quality Enhancement in Interprofessional Work-based Learning explores and promotes the development of situated knowledge and skills appropriate to practice education in the workplace. On successful completion, you will be able to facilitate, develop and quality enhance contemporary interprofessional work-based learning which meets the needs of practice learners. You will also be able to explore personal insights into professional roles and relationships and the effect of an interprofessional group on the learners and the learning environment.
