The University of Northampton has proved its passion for fashion by being named one of the top 100 fashion schools in the world, joining the likes of London College of Fashion and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.

More than 62,000 former students, fashion houses, recruitment consultants, designers and industry professionals were surveyed to put together the rankings for the top 100 fashion schools in the world and the University of Northampton is currently sitting at number 67.

Designed to help budding fashionistas choose the right university of fashion school, the rankings were published by CEOWorld magazine and were based on three key factors; the learning experience, influence and value.

Dr Julie King, Head of Fashion at the University of Northampton, commented: “We already know that our fashion, textiles and footwear graduates are second to none and we are thrilled to have been positioned in the world’s top 100 fashion schools. It is a testament to our excellent staff and world class facilities that we have been included in the list.”
