Whether you see yourself as an artist, designer, performer, media practitioner, or your interests lie in literary studies or creative writing, the School of The Arts at The University of Northampton will help you make the most of your talents.
Our aim is to provide a vibrant, stimulating and supportive environment where you are able to experiment and explore new ideas while working to fulfil your true creative and intellectual potential.
We offer excellent facilities and flexible programmes of study where students are encouraged to work within and across disciplinary boundaries and to develop their skills and imagination while enjoying their studies.
The School of The Arts is organised into five divisions:
A BTEC Foundation Studies course is offered in Art and Design and a wide range of single, Joint Honours undergraduate courses are available across the divisions. An exciting new interdisciplinary MA in the Arts course is now offered with a range of subject routes. A community of PhD students are engaged in research in all areas of the School. Approximately 1,300 students are supported by some 75 academic and support staff.
