Creative Visualisation Meditation combines the practice of meditation with visualisations, crystals, positive affirmation and music.

It can:

  • Help manage stress, anxiety, trauma and depression.
  • Fosters mental clarity, inner peace and a positive outlook on life.

Join us in the Multi-Faith Centre at Waterside Campus for 30 minutes of visualisation and relaxation. Open to all students: booking required. Tickets will be available until 2pm on the 21st May and there are 10 spaces available.
