  • Jean Egbegi is a Lecturer in HRM within the Faculty of Business and Law with a BSc in Computer Science, MSc in HRM and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education. Jean’s doctoral research explored performance management within a less developed country’s context and has been a Higher Education Academy fellow since 2017. Jean is a committee member of the Performance Management Special Interest Group of the British Academy of Management and a Reviewer for the International Journal of Business Performance Management

  • Jean leads and teaches modules across different levels on undergraduate and postgraduate.
