  • Debbie is the Programme Leader for the MSc IT Service Management also a Senior Lecturer in the field of Business Computingand IT Service Management. Debbie is the Programme Leader for the MSc IT Service Management.  Debbie joined the University in 1991.

    Professional Qualifications include:

    • ITIL Expert 
    • ITIL Managers Certificate (Service Support & Service Delivery V2)
    • ITIL Foundation Certificate V3 

  • ​Debbie Alexanders research interests include Data Analysis & Database Design, Quality Management Systems, Database Management Systems, Systems Analysis and Design methodologies and Approaches, Data Modelling, Service Management (ITIL best practice framework), Security Management, Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), IT Service Management Forum (itSMF).
