Staff Profile

  • David Saunders is the Head of Psychology and Sociology and Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Northampton. His research interests include lucid dreaming, the function of dreams, motor-learning, mental-imagery, consciousness, cognitive neuropsychology, and the neuropsychology of anomalous experiences. He is a member of the Exceptional Experiences and Consciousness Studies (EECS) Special Interest Group within the Centre for Psychological and Sociological Sciences (CPSS) . He sits on the Survival Research Committee of the Society for Psychical Research, and is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
