  • Amar is an Occupational Psychologist who lectures on that topic and also teaches research methods. He organises the final year undergraduate Psychology dissertation module. His research interests lie in the area of personnel management, in particular, the effects of realistic job previews within the recruitment and selection processes and in skills acquisition and performance issues.
