  • My teaching areas are related to responsible business, strategy, business ethics, CSR, social impact and sustainability. My research interests relate to sustainable entrepreneurship, sustainable practice of SMEs and sustainability paradox, ethnic minority business, migrant entrepreneurship. I have been involved in all aspects of academic quality and development (assessment, development of new modules and programmes, validation of programmes, module and programme leadership). I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Prior to becoming academia, I have worked as a management professional in a variety of industries. As a management consultant, I have worked on the European Social Fund, Carmarthenshire County Council, and the Welsh Assembly Government-funded research projects. I have also been involved in starting and developing commercial business ventures and mentoring social enterprise start-ups.
