UN sponsors the Northampton Leisure Trust Sports Awards

Held at the Guildhall in Northampton, the awards celebrated and showcased sporting achievements in the county. The University of Northampton sponsored the ‘Young Sportsman of the Year’ award at the event, which was won by Joseph Watkins (Karate/Kickboxing)

Janette Pallas, Northamptonshire Growth Hub Manager, who presented the award, commented: “It was fabulous to see the enthusiasm and dedication of all of the sports people attending these awards. At the University of Northampton we are delighted to support young people who are aiming to be high achievers. ”
