Tackling inequalities: Changemaker Student Summit

The 2016 Changemaker Student Summit (28-31 July), organised by the University of Northampton Students’ Union, will bring together students from around the world together with a passion and drive to create real sustainable change on campus, in their local communities and globally through innovation and creative leadership.

This year’s conference focuses on developing skills and building networks in local efforts to tackle the achievement of the UN’s Global Goals – to fight and reduce inequality. With sessions delivered by Linda Bellos, Chair of the Institute of Equality and Diversity Practitioners, a leading authority on equality and human rights law and its practical application across the public sector, Social Innovation Exchange (SIX), A global network building capacity for social innovation all over the world, alongside our very own Artemis Artemiou, Ethics and Environment Officer, University of Northampton Students’ Union.
