  • Jenny works within the Service Development department of Library and Learning Services (LLS) and her role comprises: 

    • Support for those who find the library overwhelming, are struggling with personal issues or who have a disability, mental health issue, medical condition or specific learning difference (Extra Library Support and Assistance​)
    • Outreach and community engagement – reading groups within the local community, co-ordination of local school and college visits and work placements
