Gemma Greig case study

Gemma is a local third year History student, who was attracted to the University of Northampton by the wide choice of Early Modern modules within the programme.

“While other universities have just modern history modules, Northampton offered a choice of modules not solely related to England. I studied African and Islamic modules in my first year, which were really interesting. My studies have taught me organisational, analytical, speaking and written skills that will help me in my future jobs and I’ve also learnt how to prioritise and manage my work efficiently. The lecturers are knowledgeable and friendly and the modules are intellectually stimulating. It has been one of the best experiences of my life.”
