This programme initially develops a repertoire of laboratory and analytical skills in a variety of disciplines including biodiversity, conservation management, molecular biology, human physiology and the role of the immune system. You are then able to focus your studies in stages two and three on areas of biology that you are particularly interested in, allowing for a bespoke degree that meets your individual needs and interests. The course includes a number of fieldwork and laboratory focused modules throughout. In Stages Two and Three, you are able to choose modules that will allow you to undertake more or less field and laboratory work depending on your preferences and future career aspirations.
