Welcome to FdSc Health and Social Care 2022.
The aim Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care is to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to work in a variety of Health and Social Care settings. You will cover topics including legislation, life span development and inter-professional working. You will also have the opportunity to undertake work-related learning. You will be taught by lecturers who have experience of working in Health and Social Care and will be supported by a Personal Tutor throughout your University career.

This gives you a chance to meet the Programme Lead and other students on your course. We will be discussing what Professionalism is and the expectations and behaviours associated with being professional.

You will receive an email which will inform you of how to order your uniform for placement. You will also need to have a pair of flat, black shoes. Please note that you are liable for your travel costs to and from placements.
