Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL)
The Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law is named after the dedicated democrat and political leader of Pakistan, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, who was a leading lawyer who qualified as a Barrister from Lincoln’s Inn, London.
SZABUL, the first law university in Pakistan, was established with the vision of creating a state-of-the-art institution which would revolutionise legal education in Pakistan. It is intended that the university provide world class legal education to the people of Sindh and the rest of Pakistan in accordance with the wishes of Shaheed Bhutto.
The University of Northampton will be working in partnership with SZABUL to deliver the following degrees by franchise arrangement:
- LLB* (UK qualifying Law degree)
- LLM International Commercial Law (by advanced entry)
*Students who successfully complete the UON LLB degree, as approved for delivery at SZABUL, will be awarded a UK qualifying law degree by the University of Northampton.
