Mrs Sara Goodwin

Sara Goodwin is an experienced corporate governance solicitor and senior manager, specialising in working across sector functions to deliver both embedded and positive organisational change.

Sara is also a former director of Solutions for Governance, providing governance information and risk management consultancy advice to a wide range of public sector clients.

In this regard she negotiated the completion of a £450m outsourcing contract, transferring 150 staff to create Government Services UK.
