What staff need(s) will the workshop meet?

I want to add some variety to the learning environment I provide in NILE, to include some audio and visual aspects and some fun through things like quizzes. Can you help me develop my skills in this area? I have heard that there are a variety of tools that can help us track student activity and engagement. I would really like to know how to do this more efficiently.
