Length of Session: One day workshop plus preparation

Want to know more about being a mentor? Then this is the workshop for you!

 

 

What staff need(s) will the workshop meet?

  • I have asked to be a workplace Mentor and want to develop the skills I need to support my mentee to achieve their goals.
  • We are expecting a number of new staff in our department and I would like to become one of their mentors.

Through this you will...

Develop your own mentoring style to help staff identify their development needs, support links with university priorities and directions and promote sustained enhancement through tools to help colleagues achieve their development goals.
