ILT are pleased to announce that Dr Rachel Maxwell and Professor Ale Armellini’s journal article on Identity, Employability and Entrepreneurship: The ChANGE Framework of Graduate Attributes is now available. The article explores the development of the ChANGE Framework that seeks to enable us to deliver the University’s institutional mission to Transform Lives + Inspire Change and introduces our award-winning COGS Learning Outcomes Toolkit. It also charts how the Framework is being embedded into all programmes and modules via the University Modular Framework review and delivered through Active Blended Learning. In this way, implementation of the Framework seeks to provide all our students with a meaningful opportunity to develop their identity not simply as a University graduate, but as a graduate of the University of Northampton in particular, work that is reinforced by use of the same Framework in our extra- and co-curricular offerings via the Employability Plus scheme offered through the Changemaker Hub.
