Sign up for this workshop if these are your needs:
- I sometimes find that I have different levels of engagement within the classroom – I need ideas to address this.
- I want to know why active blended learning (ABL) is important and how it helps with engagement.
- The students on my modules are so varied. How can I meet all the different needs and keep them all engaged?
Through this workshop, you will…
There is of course no ‘magic bullet’ to student engagement, but ABL offers some solutions. In this workshop you will explore both the issues you face and practical strategies that you can employ. Working with other staff, swapping ideas, and developing strategies, you will go away with some initial plans for activities and techniques you could use to incorporate ABL into your teaching.
