Confronting Gender Bias staff training
Gender bias, whether deliberate or unconscious, is holding women back.
It makes it harder for women to get hired and promoted and impacts their day to day work experiences. In this course, we will learn concrete steps to address gender bias head on.
To book onto the session visit U4BW Self Service and search ‘Confronting Gender Bias’ in the Course Catalogue.

This workshop, delivered by voice coach and director Barbara Houseman, will explore how women can use the essential human behaviours of body language, gesture, eye contact and voice to hold their own in a way that feels comfortable and authentic, assertive rather than aggressive.
