Dr Pourseied’s second session will look into the complexity of emotions and emotion regulation strategies.
This session enhances participant’s understanding of emotions and provides practical, psychological tools to enable partakers to consider their perspectives, by focusing on what is in their control and emotion regulation techniques that are easily translatable into everyday life.
Dr Katere (Adeseko) Pourseied (PhD, MSc, BSc, FHEA) is a psychologist with research and teaching experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Prevention/ Early Intervention of Child and Adolescent Psychopathology, Parenting Practices, Applied Developmental Psychology, Cross-cultural, Positive & Health Psychology. Her passion is to share her knowledge and experience to empower others to live a healthier, happier life and reach their full potential.
