The Preventing Well Pillar is about promoting positive brain health, minimising the risk of developing dementia in all population groups; and intervening early to delay onset or slow progression of the disease.
The Prevention Conference will present and examine some of these areas as part of a system-wide County approach to age well and live your best life.
The aims of this day Conference will be to:-

The day will also include:
- Brain Gym: a Teacher-led intervention for early stages of cognitive decline [based on the Danish Lifelong learning Concept].
- Poster Presentations.
- Round Robin Workshop Activity.
