As the United Nations meet for the COP26 Climate Conference in Glasgow, the Environment and Sustainability Team will host a COP26 Week during 1st – 5th November. This will be a week-long event raising awareness of climate change and how its broad impacts are felt at the local, national and global level.

It is an opportunity to showcase what the University and local organisations are doing to become more sustainable in the efforts to tackle climate change. Come along and join in with showcases, presentations, stalls, competitions and more.

Learn about sustainability at UON and the local area and you will have the chance to find out more about different areas of climate change and take part in an engaging and educational week.

Students will also have the opportunity to get involved with challenges, competitions and workshops to demonstrate how climate change can affect various sectors and why it is important that organisations and individuals can make a difference.
