  • Dr Ganiyu is a Lecturer and Researcher in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. He has a PhD in Human Resource Management and has published widely in various indexed Journals. Dr Ganiyu is a pragmatic researcher with vast experience on the use of various tools of primary data analysis. As an avid researcher, Dr Ganiyu is an external examiner for many universities and reviewers to many academic Journals. He has supervised many postgraduate students.
