University Strategic Plan

Transforming Lives and Inspiring Change

The University’s Board of Governors approved a revised version of the Strategic Plan, Transforming Lives + Inspiring Change in November 2017. This outlined a strategic commitment to 2022.

There are three core elements: Super Supportive, Future Focused and Social Impact. Two of our students, Sophie Kennedy and Melissa Polkey, produced the one page summary.

The strategy is supported by an Operational Plan which is reviewed by the Board of Governors biannually and if necessary updated in response to changes in the higher education environment.
