The University requires all students on the courses listed below to complete an online enhanced Disclosing and Barring Service (DBS) application – formerly known as a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check. New students are required to complete the application from the end of May, before they start their course.   • Sports Development (BA)
  • Sports Therapy Top up

The NHS pays the fee for these courses:

  • Midwifery (BSc)
  • Nursing (BSc)
  • Occupational Therapy (BSc)
  • Podiatry (BSc)
  • Paramedic Science (FdSc)
