Introduction

This section of our website has been compiled to act as a resource to help you plan for your arrival in the UK. Passports and visas

All students must have a valid passport for the period of study in the UK. Students from outside of the European Union will require a Student Visa. Information on a Tier 4 Student Visa can be found on the UK Border agency website (www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/studyingintheuk/) and for further advice on this, please check with the British Embassy or High Commission in your home country. Alternatively you can visit The Council for International Student Affairs (www.ukcisa.org.uk) website.

Please bring with you at least four passport-sized photographs. These will be needed for enrolment during Freshers Week.

Travel plans

Once you have booked your flight and have arrival details you should complete an Arrival Details Notification Form which will be sent to you. You will need to fax the completed form back to us at: +44 1604 710703.

If, at any time prior to your departure, you change your travel plans please let us know.
