Entry requirements

Applying to The University of Northampton

If you are interested in our undergraduate courses, please complete an International Application Enquiry Form (Word 205KB). To apply for any of our postgraduate courses, please complete the International Postgraduate Application Form (Word 205KB).

Completed forms should be returned to the address on the form together with supporting documents.

Applicants for undergraduate courses are required to apply through the Universities and Colleges Admission Service (UCAS). You will, therefore, need to complete a UCAS application form in order to secure a place at The University of Northampton.

Art & Design courses

Students applying for some Art & Design courses are required to submit a portfolio of work. This is a collection of your art work and you should submit 12 - 15 examples of your work. These can be submitted as photographs, slides, colour photocopies or on a CD-ROM.

Research degrees

Applicants for research degrees (M.Phil.PhD.) should apply to the Graduate School. You should submit a proposal on your chosen topic. This should state the aims and objectives of your research project and the proposed methodology. This should be submitted to:
