Academic timetables 2013-14
Unable to see your timetable?
Students trying to view their timetables who receive the message "student ID not recognised" should first check the following:
- That you have completed the enrolment process and registered all your module choices - if not then please contact your relevant Student Admin Team
- You have allowed at least 48 hours between enrolling and trying to view your timetable - two days is the minimum time-scale for processing from enrolment but can take longer during busy periods
- That your course does in fact take place at either Park or Avenue Campus - courses which take place at partner institutions (i.e. Moulton or Northampton College) will be timetabled directly by them
If you are still unable to see a timetable then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to sort your problem as quickly as possible
Linking timetables to e-Calendars
Instead of continually logging in and searching for your timetable from the website it is now possible to link it directly to an e-Calendar. Calendar formats covered by this service are:
- Outlook 2007
- Windows Live
- Google Calendar
- Android phones
- iPhone / iPad
The link is made by subscribing to the timetable in question from the relevant page on the website. The benefit is the link is always active and any changes made to the timetable at any time will automatically update to the e-Calendar. The link will also continue year on year without the need to re-subscribe.
Timetabling website maintenance
Maintenance of this site is carried out on Wednesday mornings between 7am-9am. There may be some loss of connectivity at this time. Occasionally, full connectivity is not restored until around 9.30am. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
