Carmel has been working with the Careers and Employability Service for almost 11 years now. Academic Schools that she is currently responsible for working with are the School of Education, the School of the Arts and Northampton College.
Her remit is to support academic staff in these two schools in ensuring their students are equipped with the necessary employability skills they will need to succeed in their future careers. Additionally, she works one-to-one with students who attend the careers centre.
