University signs New Zealand Partnership

Ansari MA, Director of the National Tertiary Education Consortium (NTEC), signed a progression agreement with the Vice Chancellor, Professor Nick Petford.

NTEC is an Auckland-based group made up of several education providers that prepares students for careers in computing, hospitality, business and adult education. NTEC’s focus is on achieving successful student employment outcomes that are meaningful and contribute to the betterment of the community; in line with The University of Northampton commitment to employability and social enterprise.

It is anticipated that students from New Zealand could study The University of Northampton BA Business and Management course from February 2013 in Northampton, with the potential for students to study the programme under a franchise arrangement in New Zealand from September 2013.
