Northampton Business School launches Enterprise4Kettering

Date 13.11.2015

The University of Northampton’s Business School launched Enterprise4Kettering, a new free business support scheme, earlier this week.

Funded by Kettering Borough Council and delivered by the University of Northampton, Enterprise4Kettering provides support to both new business start-ups and more established businesses located within Kettering. Experienced coaches offer advice, workshops, structured support and guidance from a base within Chesham House Business Centre.

The launch event for the scheme provided a networking opportunity for Kettering’s numerous entrepreneurs, who were able to discuss their ideas, projects and problems with the coaching team in a relaxed environment. The event was also attended by representatives from Kettering Borough Council, councillors and business leaders.

Kate Broadhurst, Head of Enterprise Development at Northampton Business School commented: “We are delighted to have been awarded the Enterprise and Business Support contract from Kettering Borough Council to deliver a range of free to access support to people thinking of starting a business or already running a business locally. Working with local business experts we are looking forward to helping to grow a thriving enterprise culture across Kettering.”
