IT support service for staff
If you experience any IT or telephone-related issues whilst working on or off campus then simply contact IS Direct in one of the following ways:
- Log (and track) your request online from on campus (you should automatically have access to the self-service portal as this is linked to your PC login).
- Call 3333 (01604 893333 from outside the university) during service hours (see below)
- Email isdirect@northampton.ac.uk
If you need urgent technical assistance whilst in a lecture theatre or teaching room then please continue to call 3562 (Park) or 3563 (Avenue).
Our opening hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
