Credit control
Credit control is responsible for:
- Contacting students on a daily basis regarding non-payment of full-time tuition and accommodation fees
- Resolving debt related queries in connection with the above
- Implementing and monitoring sanctions in accordance with the student code of conduct
- Contacting students and companies regarding the late payment of part-time tuition fees, conferences and sales of the University and subsidary companies
- Assisting in the resolution of queries and disputes relating to the above
