The School of Health at The University of Northampton is engaged in a wide variety of research activities and works with local and national health and social care providers and businesses.
The school responds to local, regional and national research needs and welcomes enquiries from individuals or groups who are interested in collaborating on projects or who wish to commission research or evaluations.
The research activities in the School of Health are focussed in a research centre, Centre for Health and Wellbeing Research (CHWR) and a research group, the Biosciences Research Group.
The School of Health has the expertise to support postgraduate studies in a number of research areas.
The school has an active postgraduate community of full-time and part-time students. An interdisciplinary training programme and a research seminar programme are available to all postgraduate research students. There are also opportunities to undertake research training workshops in collaboration with the Knowledge Exchange.
