Growing Talent for Inclusion (GTI): Improving group dynamics to support learning and social inclusion (2008 - 2010)

The aim of the project is to work with class teachers to develop more effective and satisfying interpersonal relationships in the classroom. The process is based on the principles and approaches of collaborative consultation, appreciative inquiry, solution focused brief therapy and co-researching with the students. The project began with a single school but has now expanded as its principles have been adopted by a Local Authority.
