- The Avenue office is based within Quinton Lodge
- The St John's office is based next to the common room
- The Belinda Ferrison office is in Flat 3.
Residential Life Assistants (RLAs)
RLA's are students who work for the University in the same capacity as the rest of the Residential Life team. Working from 5pm-9pm 7 days a week they are on hand to provide expert advice and support to students who have issues within their Halls. They also work at the Student Services' helpdesk in the Student Centre between 5pm-7pm Monday-Thursday during term-time to assist with any Student Services related queries.

Bassett Lowke Hall, Avenue Campus
Although the team are not primarily based at Avenue Campus,
the same support is available to students based in Bassett Lowke Halls.

Between 5pm-9pm Monday-Sunday (term time only) please call the Residential Life Assistants on 0774 071 6594.
Drop-in service
The Residential Life Advisors also provide a drop-in service from 2pm-5pm on a Tuesday and Thursday and can be contacted on 0774 071 6594. During these times they are located upstairs in Quinton Lodge.
St Johns/Belinda Ferrison
Although we don't have staff on-site at these Halls all the time, we can still be contacted and we also provide a drop-in service at the following times:
St John's:
Time/Days: 6pm-9pm Monday and Wednesday
Contact: 0771 308 8770 - you will be diverted to a member of staff on duty during these times.
Location: St John's Common Room
Belinda Ferrison:
Time/Days: 6pm-9pm Tuesday and Thursday and 2.30pm-4.30pm Friday
