Research degree induction programme

The induction programme is aimed at introducing all new research students to the different aspects of doing a research degree. It is mandatory that students undertake this training programme as it is required for their registration.

The training programme covers:

1. induction to the institution's procedures and to the process of research
2. generic skills associated with research
3. discipline-based methods, skills and techniques
4. project-specific training related to the student's own research project

The programme is organised by the training coordinator for Postgraduate Research Training, Daniela Bultoc to whom both students and staff can turn for further guidance and information.
