Student Services' help desks
How can we help you?
The Help Desks within Student Services are located at both Avenue and Park Campuses. You do not need to make an appointment; simply drop in to see us any time during our opening hours or contact the help desks by email or telephone.
You can also request a first-time counselling appointment online. Alternatively you can call in to the help desk to book an appointment.
Answering your questions
The Student Services Help Desk is on hand to help with a wide range of issues and concerns that affect you during your time as a student. The help desks are the first point of contact within Student Services and provide guidance, information and support.
Signposting you to the right place
We are committed to helping you get the most out of your time at The University of Northampton, and to your welfare. So regardless of your query - big or small we are trained to help you find your answer and directing you to the right person to help.
Printing documents to prove studentship
We provide help and assistance for all UK, EU and international students on many issues including letters to prove studentship at the The University of Northampton, visa renewals and drop-in sessions.
