Gym

The gym is available to staff, students and members of the local community and is based in the Everdon sports hall at Park Campus. 

Equipment available

The equipment available to members is state of the art and provided by Europe's largest fitness equipment supplier, TECHNOGYM and includes cardio-vascular, resistance and free weights.

Induction

All members must undergo a full pre-exercise screening with a member of the fitness staff and have a full induction on the equipment before being allowed to train unsupervised in the gym. A member of the fitness team will be available to assist and provide advice on safe methods of training and fitness programmes.
