Visiting visas for graduation

Letters to support visiting visa applications to attend graduation ceremonies can be obtained through the Ceremonies office. To get a letter for your guests you will need to complete and submit the Ceremonies overseas visitor letter request form.

Once we receive this form we will complete and post the letters to you, provided you have purchased guest tickets for your guest to attend your graduation. If you, as the graduating student, need a visitor visa letter you will need to contact the student centre who will provide this letter for you. You can contact them by email on studentservices@northampton.ac.uk

Please note that the more information you provide on the request form the more information we can include in your guests letter which will help in their visa application.
