The ceremonies office is located in Holdenby room 2 at Park Campus

Term time opening times

Monday to Thursday

8.30am - 12.30 and 1.30 - 5pm

Friday

8.30am - 12.30 and 1.30 - 4pm

Out of term time opening times

Monday-Friday

10am - 12.30 and 1.30 - 4pm

Please note that these opening hours are standard opening hours and may be altered due to meetings, staff development or annual leave. If you are making a special journey to visit the ceremonies office we advise you to contact the ceremonies office on (01604) 893474 in advance of your visit, to confirm the opening hours for that date. 

If you cannot reach us during our office hours there is a postbox outside our office for submitting documents etc. You can also reach us on email at ceremonies@northampton.ac.uk.
